We can surprise your loved one by preparing the villa while you are enjoying lunch/dinner. Just let us know what time you’ll be arriving and we will have the villa set for your proposal. 

Walk down the red carpet or along the rose petal trail and open the door to your villa with the spa hot and filled with bubbles, Champagne – Moet et Chandon in the ice bucket, candles lite, open fire place set, your favourite music playing, dozen long stemmed rose’s, mood lighting,love heart chocolates and a delicious platter of stawberries with chocolate dipping sauce or a regional cheese platter.

Personal Chef Romantic Dinner for Two

Indulge in the ultimate private dining experience with your own personal chef in the comfort of your villa. Your chef will prepare a four-course dinner while you simply relax and enjoy the company of your special someone.  Using only the freshest ingredients for your seasonally inspired four course meal, and the menu will be chosen to meet your preferences and special dietary requirements. Rest assured that your evening will be perfect from the beginning until the end!

• Handmade lemon thyme linguini with wild mushrooms, fresh herb, Pernod beurre blanc
• Bay scallops with cauliflower puree, baked with Istra chorizo and drizzled with a saffron tomato sauce
• Beef carpaccio of organic beef fillet with salmoriglio, (oregano oil) toasted hazelnuts and soft cow’s cheese
• Confit Western plains pork belly with fennel radicchio and honey roasted pear with a pear cider veloute

Main

• Aged Kyneton beef fillet wrapped in Istra prosciutto, pan fried to your liking with sautéed local potatoes and a la grecque green beans, drizzled with a veal and red wine reduction
• Market fish (white fish eg snapper fillet ) marinated in coriander preserved lemon and spices with a fatouche salad ( soft boiled free range egg, roasted red capsicum, olives, parsley and crisp Turkish bread croutons with a lemon and orange blossom yogurt
• Twice cooked Tuki lamb shoulder, cooked for 6 hours in butter, honey and spices, with a lima bean, lemon and olive oil puree and a salad of salted red onion and asparagus
• Tagine of pumpkin, chick peas and puy lentil baked slowly in the traditional method in a fragrant harrissa and tomato sauce with rice pilaf and parsely and sumac salad (vegan and vegetarian)
• Confit of Waubra duck leg, twice cooked with spiced red cabbage, blood orange and watercress salad with baby potatoes and a veal and red wine reduction

• Crepe Suzette, thin crepes with orange segments and flamed at your table with cognac, served with vanilla bean ice-cream
• Rhubarb, apple and custard tartlet with rosewater anglaise
